Free iPod Video Converter provided as FREEWARE for non-commercial use (at
home).

Free iPod Video Converter may be freely distributed, with exceptions
noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified.

PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
